pubic hair

im 12 turning 13 in september and im gonna be in the 8th grade next year. my pubic hair has started growing in the 5th grade and it hasnt since. my penis also stopped growing. its thin and about 4 in. is that normal? also do you think it would be a problem witha girl if were having sex?

your only 12, you have nothing to worry about. they both will most likely start growing again, and it wont be a problem if they dont, besides the fact of having a semi-small penis. no it wouldnt be a problem if you were having sex either.
