nervous for soccer tryouts!

hey- i have soccer tryouts this whole week and next week. iam REALLY REALLY nervous! this is my first tryout ever so i don't really know what to expect! any ideas on how to calm my nerves???

hey

make sure you give your best THE WHOLE TIME.. dont let off even a little. if they see that you give the little extra like carrying equipment, jogging to your position, and cheering on your teammates then theyll want you on their team. just relax and give it your all. just think about everything that you are good at in soccer that a coach would like..
