hi i saw that you answered another question about cherrleading and it sounded like you knew what you where talking about so... i want to try out for my schools cheerleading squad next year. so i was wondering if you could tell me what i should practice in the summer time to help me with that? i haven't really done any cheerleading and was wondering if you knew if they sell videos or books so i could learn!!

It's helps with cheers, chants, sidelines, movements, and dances. For the tumbling part, work on cartwheels, splits, roundoffs, front handspring, back handspring, handstands against the wall or w/o support along with handstand push ups (if you can). Do lots of running and stretching your stomach, legs, and arms which is most important. You'll obviously need to work on your jumps. Try and do it when you have a friend over, or someone can help, because 1)you won't get hurt, and 2)you jump higher, and 3)you'll have a higher confidence and it'll be more fun.
