ok so im good at grinding, i think,, but there is a possibility that im doin it wrong. ok so what do you do with your hands/ how do you grind. websites would be nice.

basically they are. when your grinf your basically dancing with them in a sexual way. your hands can be on your hips, on top of ur hand or just loosely hanging down. hope this helps
