Heathly diet Can you please tell me of a heathy diet lunch through breakfast and stuff PLease im 13 yrs old 116 pounds and wants flat abs!!!?!?!?! please help

My sister is also 13 years old, and she is about your weight. She is not fat by any means. Before I continue, I'd like you to know that I do not like these questions, and that is specifically mentioned in my column, so if the answer is not what you expect, then I am sorry.
First of all, please don't lose more than 10 pounds. You should always eat breakfast. If you skip breakfast, your body thinks that you are being starved, and therefore it begins to store everything you eat. For breakfast, avoid cereal, toast, and bagels. Eggs, bacon, and fruit are fine.
For lunch, try to make it a small portioned meal. Like, maybe a small plate of spaghetti? Anything you want, as long as it is healthy.
Also add one hour of non-stop exercise to your diet.
There are three things that guarantee weight loss. They must all be done. They are:
1) Do not add dressings or condiments to food. This includes ranch dressing, bleu cheese, italian dressing, mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mayonaisse, and honey mustard.
2) Do not eat anything after 6 pm. If you do, your body will store the food while you sleep.
3) Exercise non-stop for one hour every day. This could be swimming, running, walking, bikeriding, etc. ]
