1) GOOD NIGHT SLEEP, thats key. it creates less leptin in your body which is a hormone. it discourages from eating and expands energy.
2) TURN OFF THE RADIO. supposivly when you eat with music with a higher tempo, you eat more. and faster.
3) DONT SKIP MEALS - its just not a good idea. you will get more hungry and eat anything you see or hear about instead of the healthy stuff.
4) NO CAR ! for every hour your in a car everyday, you are 6% more likely to become obiese. but if you walk a mile, you decrease that percentage by 8%. when your on the phone, it helps if you pace around in circles or something.
5) GO OUT IN THE SUN ! the sun creates secotonin which loswers cravings for sugars and carbs. plus you can get a good tan.
6) NO MORE GLASS JARS. when you have cookies or something in a glass jar, then you re more tempted to take one. but when they are hidden, you cant see them. sometimes you end up forgetting about them.
7) SET YOUR FORK DOWN AFTER EVERY BITE. i know it sounds kinda wierd, but it makes you really enjoy your food, and take your time. it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your mind your full. dont be eating those 20 minutes.
8) TURN THE LIGHTS ON. when you eat with the lights off or dimmed - your less self- counsious which allows you to eat more. because people cant see how much your eating.
9) LOOSE THE ANGER. believe it or not, it makes you fat. it creates a stress hormone called cortisol. and the more you have of that, the more pounds you'll pack on. good luck
