I am a female who is 19 years old and i have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. We broke up once and i started going out with my personal trainer and we had sex once. My boyfriend found out and he was furious. I currently saw my personal trainer and we kissed. I feel really bad about it because i love my boyfriend but i have feelings for both of them but my feelings for my personal trainer is physical. I dont know what to do because i like both of them. I also had another question, after me and the personal trainer kissed the day after i had a sore throat. What could it be?

Nothing to worry about unless it gets bad and then just get and RX from your doctor.
If you have feeling for someone other then your boyfriend, then it really isn't fair to your boyfriend if you stay with him and he is thinking that he is the only one. If it truely is just a physical thing with the trainer, maybe you should make sure that you never see your trainer again and thus you won't be "tempted: to do anything cheat-ish. In situations like this, you just have to choose, which one do you want to be with? Make that decision and make the decision that whoever you pick is the only one you will consider messing with. Personally, it just sounds to me like you need a little single girl time, without anyone to answer to. That way you can really figure out what you want from a relationship (if you decide you want one at all). [ Tulipg17's advice column | Ask Tulipg17 A Question ]
