change password

how do i change my password if the email doesnt send it to me? i have tried to do that verifying letters/numbers thing in order to change the pass word but the email didnt get sent to me! its been like a week. so how can i get it becaues i need to change my password. and please dont say get a new sn.. please just dont. there has to be a way!!

If it doesnt send it to your email,
your email might not be correct then.
If all else fails, email the people and tell them what happens, and as long as you can somehow verify the account is yorus you can get it back hopefully.
