Whenever I want to know what a song is about I go to www.songmeanings.net. It tells you the lyrics and people comment on what they think it means (which is usually dead on correct) and they tell us if they like the song or not etc. It's a really great site whenever you need lyrics or meanings to a song. So when I looked up "One Last Cry by Brian McKnight, I got the impression that he just broke up with his girlfriend and is thinking he is never going to be able to move on and he'll never be with anyone again to hurt him so he's going to have "one last cry" for the girl and for him. Something like that. That's what I got out of it at least. I hope I helped and let me know how it goes! -GC07

Try looking up lyrics and reading them. You can usually tell that way.
