Ok well you know how at night your period isnt as heavy. Well i was just wodering is it actually lighter "literally" at night or just when your tired and calm and when your sleeping?

Gravity would be my guess. Everything moves downwards. Don't see why periods should be any different.

well, you know how the always ads make a big deal out of how theyve got the best pads because they dont leak when you stand up?- well- its the same idea. when youre standing up- your flow goes with gravity, and well, flows. when youre laying down- it kinda settles.
