If you haven't already seen it, the two hosts, Trinny and Susannah are asked by friends of unwitting volunteers to help them out with their fashion sense, because they have none. They have released books based on the series, which help you work out the best styles and colours to suit your age, body type and so on.
Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a website dedicated to this, as I had hoped something like this might help. However, the website for the channel it runs on does have a mini-quiz that will help to determine what sort of clothes would be right for you. As I don't know what your body type is or what you look like, I thought this might help. The address is:

Take out everything you own, and if there's anything that you KNOW you don't want, put it aside. Try everything else on and look in the mirror- if anything fits badly, put it aside. Then just go through the rest of your clothes and whatever you don't like or can't see yourself wearing, put aside. If you still feel like you have too many clothes, just pick out the things that go with a lot of things or that you really love. To help with this, you could even set a goal, like "I will get rid of 1/3 of my clothes," or "I will keep 15 tops."
Next, take all of the clothes you aren't keeping. You could either sell them to a used clothing store and buy some more clothes with the money, or you could even donate them to Goodwill, if you're feeling charitable.

Get a magazine (I recommend TeenPeople, Cosmo Girl, Seventeen, or TeenVouge) Look through the pages and see if you see and outfits you totally love. Then look through your closet and see tops that match the style of the top in the magazine. This way, you can use your clothes, and still look stylish. You can go from there, doing the same with pants, shoes, and accessories. You're clothes don't need to look exactly like the ones in the mag. but close is just as cute!
Any clothes you feel are too small, or just not " you " try donating to a younger neighbor or to a charity, never just throw them out!
CiNdYLoUwHoO answered Monday June 5 2006, 6:32 pm: First off, go through your closet and drawers. Take everything out, this might take a few hours, but I assure you, you'll have tons of cute outfits by the end of it. Anyway, this way, you'll get to see everything that you own. When putting everything back in your closet, plan outfits. Put a cute pair of shorts with an adorable top. Look at magazines for inspiration, that always helps me dress. Also, make sure you accesorize. Accesories can tune up any outfit. Hope this helps and good luck.

you pick out the clothes you dont want, or whatever
bag it all up
and take it to the store
get an account
you give them the clothes, once they sell it, they give you money for it
you get rid of the excess, and get money
to get more, or whatever else you want!
