okay can you actually SEE sperm. i don't mean cum i mean like the actual sperm, like could you grab it. i thought it wasn't visible to the eye, but someone said you could like grab it!?

One small drop of semen contains millions of sperm. Of course you can't see them with the naked eye, and you'd never be able to grab one. You can see them under a microscope however, and they look like little tadpoles.

Notice that this picture is magnified 600 times. (this means it is 600 times bigger than the normal size)

Okay.
Whoever told you can grab sperm was wrong.
Sperm are microscopic. You can't see them with the naked eye.
I hope that cleared things up.
