i like this kid billy and he knos i like him and things hav been cool between us. but lately, i been thinking mor and more about y he doesnt like me. i keep wondering wat is rong with me. and i hav tried to talk to billy about y he doesnt like me but wen i see him words just dont come out.
also,i went over my friends house earlier this week and i used to hav a crush on her neighbor. and then i saw him agin this week while at her house and all the feelings i used to hav for him came back to me. and i dont kno wat i should do bcause i really like billy but i also like "the neightbor"
please help :(

In my opinion, since you know billy doesn't like you, go for your friend's neighbor. Hang out with him or go to your friends house more so you guys can chill. I think that there could be a chance that billy likes you, but he doesn't want to admit it, so when you go out for the neighbor instead, this will also help see if billy really doesn't like you. But if Billy doesn't like you for sure, you have the neighbor. And by going to the neighbor, you are sort of playing hard to get with billy. I hope this made sense...goodluck :D
