hey um..everytime i get my period i feel like i cant do anything. and on the first day i ALWAYS havecramps and they hurt so bad.. will they ever go away? and idk why i cant do anything when i get it all i do is sit at home and like not do anything. is this normal please help me.

yeah. periods suck. anyways, get some midol. it really helps. yeah some people get like that when they get their period its fine. after a few years and you are comfortable with your period you'll be able to go out more. hope this helped!
