hey! i was just wonderingg if backflips are good for you! like good exercise. like help you lose weight maybe? because i did a ton of them the other day and now my muscles are really sore! if anyone knows any good info i'll give 5's <3 =]
Any time you are up and moving you are burning calories. Do some warm up exercises and stretches before you do them. That will keep you from being quite so sore. It will also help prevent any injuries. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
