I recommend that you never take something that you are unsure about especially when it comes to putting your health at risk. You can never guarantee that what is in the bottle is the real thing. You should never mess with drugs at all because you never know what damage may be caused. It is supposedly a male sexual enhancement drug. I don't recommend you use it, you don't know what it might do to you. Throw it away. :)
