i want to have a party or even a sweet sixteen but i know i cant because it just too much money to spend on. i know turning 16 is really special. i just want to have a small get together with like 3 of my closest friends. should i do movies, dinner, mall maybe this weekend even though my birthday was sunday?
but if i do dinner...do i have to pay for my friends too?

yea, usually if you invite someone out to eat you pay for them. unless they voulenteer to take you out to eat (which doesnt sound the case). i think you should maybe go to a casual dining resteraunt (and if the weather is nice then go and eat outside), and just enjoy the time with your friends. then maybe hang out at one of your houses or something. and just have fun. its your birthday! do what you want :] have fun!
