These bumps could be pimples, ingrown hairs, or boils. The best course of action is to make sure you are washing yourself everytime you take a shower - gently rubbing soap through your pubic hair to cleanse any build up of oils or other skin irritants.

In this way, it will help keep the skin clean and less likely to break out. If you haven't ever shaved the region where the bumps have appeared, chances are they are a pimple/boil.

If they continue to appear or cause significant pain, a doctor would be able to help you out.

Best of luck.
