Urine is an interesting fluid. It's sterile in many respects, but there's a chance it could also host transferable infections. A good first step is to have yourself and your girlfriend fully checked out for sexually transmitted infections, etc. A doctor would also be able to give you detailed medical advice regarding possible infections that might be carried in pee.
Next, be aware that it's almost impossible to pee when someone is completely sexually aroused - and it's difficult to insert a penis that isn't aroused into the vagina or anus. The easiest thing might be to pee on the outside of the anus or vagina. This is not only practical, but will help keep the delicate PH balance in the vagina correct.
Once you've had a full health screening and worked out the practicalities, you can experiment to see what specific things you and your girlfriend most like.
