is this the 13 or 16 year old?? well i guess it doesnt matter because you just want to know about the excersizes but what i do is this:
i'll start off with the treadmil and stay on there anywhere from 10-30 minutes walking at a steady pace
then i'll walk my dog around the block.
after that i'll kinda tone it down with gym excersizes. and that consists of basic crunches, toe touches (with weights), weight lifting, lunges, jumping jacks, sit ups (with 8 pound weights)...basically the things you would do in your P.E. class
Doing all of this I tend to burn about mmm i'll say 600 calories or more. If need be i'll do the gym excersizes twice.
Hope this helps and if you need anything feel free to ask :)

Good Luck
