i am 14 and i like a 16 year old, but i will turn 15 before he turns 17. he's my sister's friend, but she's really annoyed with him right now, she keeps telling me to stay clear of him. my parents think he's irresponsible. so i guess i really have two questions for you, first of all, is he too old for me? secondly, im afraid of upsetting my family, but i really like him, so should i just hang out with him anyways?

this is a toughy. and its all really up to you. as for him being to old for you, he could be, but really two years isnt that big of a difference. just at this age, it is. it pretty much sounds like your whole family is against him and that must be hard. maybe you can try getting your sister and him friends agian, so you have more oppertunity to see him. because if you sneak around, and get caught- then everyone will be really mad and upset with you. if you are afraid of upsetting the family, then this might not be sucha good idea. but like i said, its really up to you. imagine if you guys snuck off, but then you got caught. what would your parents reaction be? they wouldnt be too happy right.. and what would your sisters be? he would be mad because she told you not to. is he really worth risking all that? good luck,,
