Question Posted Wednesday May 24 2006, 7:02 pm

Well I just started shaving my legs, but my arms are like so hairy! My mom said to not shave my arms, but is there a way to get rid of the hair??

You could wax them. Waxing keeps the hair away longer than shaving does. Or you could bleach them. That only makes the hair a lighter color so it's less noticable. I would suggest Nair. You just rub it on your arm and the hair comes off. If you go to any CVS or Wallgreens, you will find it. I'm not sure how much it will be because it ranges from state to state.

Waxing would hurt the most, but its really good to get the hair off. With bleaching, the hair wouldnt really be coming off it just makes it lighter, and some people say Nair burns. So they all have their ups and downs, so it's your personal preference on what you want to use.

Hope I helped.
