  hi, I'm thirteen and I'm about 5'4 almost 5'5, and I weigh 133 pounds. Yeah, I'm overweight. and I'm going on a cruise on June 17th and if i could wish for anything it'd be to loose weight to look good in a bikini, and it's just not working, I'm done with wishing. I really want to loose weight QUICK. Please help.

  I answered soo many of these questions and I always give the same answer. It's not that hard if you stay motivated. Eat healthy.. it's important. Eat 6 meals a day, 3 full and 3 snacks which is 6. Eat fruits and veggies. Not too many fats, sugars, soda, juice, junk food. Exercise. Walk, run, swim, play a sport; do whatever but just stay active. You should be losing 1-3 pounds a week and that's really good.  ]
