hmm just a question

ok if you have sex and after 3 or 4 days you use birth control is birth control will still work? like your not gonna get pregnant anymore? hope you guys get what i mean :) ty in advance

Well, it depends on what type of birth control you are on. If you are talking about the Pill, it takes nearly a month to reach it's full effectiveness but it DOES begin to be effective as soon as you take it. You probably should have waited longer, but I wouldn't worry. If you are on a different method, google the brand name and read the info, it'll tell you exactly. Or you could cally our doctor and just ask.

Your chances of getting pregnant from that day on will be greatly reduced. Nothing, of course is
100%. But, yes it will work.

However, it will not stop you being pregnant if you happened to get that way before you started
using it. :)
