14/female. i have a semi formal/casual dance comming up in about a month. i dont really want to spend that much on a dress, but i want a really cute outfit that everyone will love. what stores can i get a dress from that wont cost me that much? thanks in advance!!!!!! <3

hey. i was recently introducted to the store forever 21 and it was love at first sight. the dresses there are so cute and the prices are amazing. most of them are for under 30 dollars. they are so cute! you will love them! hope this helps!! :) &hearts; &hearts; &hearts;
