i am 15 and i have a friend and we have been talking for about a month now and i think he likes me but i know he has a girlfriend he loves to talk on the phone with me sometimes after 2 in the morning he comes to see me and dont see her he says things that a male would tell their girlfriend he takes up for me and before we always hangs up he tell me he love me and gets mad if i dint he won't hang up the phone unless i tell him what should i do because i have a crush on him to?

He has a girlfriend. There's nothing that says you can't be his friend, but he's kind of crossing the line.
I would stay away from him, because he's really got no regard for his girlfriend's feelings or your feelings.

although you guys havnt done anything, it sort of seems, he's emotionally cheating on his girlfriend with you.
I don't think he feels you guys are just friends, I am sure he probably has some kind of feelings for you.
If I was you, I'd stay away. He's playing you both, and if his girlfriend found out she'd be pissed, don't fall for such a disrespectful idiot.
Imagine you were dating to him, and he did the same to you. NOT FAIR. He doesn't deserve any girl if he can't be loyal and respect them.
Do yourself a favour, and don't bother with him.

Any guy that's playing two girls at the same time has no respect for woman and is a JERK.
I think you need to bring it to his attention what he's doing. STAND STRONG and stick up for all the other girls out there who's buttholeboyfriends and cheating on them.
