a padded bra. You cant do anything to actaully make your chest bigger with out implants && you are still young you should start growing.

hey. i wouldnt be worried right now. you are only 13, you still have a lot of time to grow. but if you are self consious, then you can buy this great invention called the pushup bra! you can also buy a padded bra. hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥

You wait it out. You're only thirteen. It may not seem like it, but you are still growing. Try on a shirt that you don't quite fill out. In a year, try it on again. You'll see the difference.
But if you don't grow, don't worry. You know how they say the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence? The same thing goes for boobs. When I was younger, I wanted a bigger chest. Now, it's very hard for me to find a comfortable sleeping position because my breasts get in the way. I can't run because they bounce everywhere. And they didn't even get me a boyfriend! They're really quite a ripoff.
Just don't worry about it. The boobs don't make the woman, and anyway, you still have plenty of time.

those exersizes & creams don't work. since your only 13, you still have a lot of growing left to do. if your insecure, you can wear a padded bra but many girls your age are probably the same size and i wouldn't worry about it.

You pad your bra. There's no way to actually make your chest bigger. Although don't worry about having a small chest. A lot of people like small chests better than big, and you can wear a lot more cute tops that people with bigger boobs.
