The Twilight Zone

Question Posted Friday May 19 2006, 9:17 pm

What is the thing that Ron Serling says at the begining of "The Twilight Zone"?

I know it is something to the effect of: "You are dazed, bewildered and trapped in a world without time..."

Help would be appreciated.
I will rate high if you can give me the whole thing.
Thanks!

You're dazed, bewildered, trapped in a world without time, where sound collides with color and shadows explode. You see a signpost up ahead -- this is no ordinary place . . . You have reached, "The Twilight Zone"

There were actually 3 different opening narrations. But I couldn't find any that said what you did! Here they are anyway.

Season 1

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.

Season 1 alternate

You are about to enter another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land of imagination. Next stop, the Twilight Zone!

Season 2

You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's the signpost up ahead - your next stop, the Twilight Zone!

Season 3

Used the season 1 alternate

EDIT****

Sorry sasi721 we posted at the same time!

You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into... the Twilight Zone.
