a jealous friend
me & my bestfriend are really close and we hang out pretty much every minute of the day. But Sam (my best friend) is starting to talk to Sean (a boy at school) an awful lot. Now that Sam is talking to Sean I sort of like him too. Whenever Sam isn't around I try to talk to him & become closer wit him. Sam,Sean & I are all good friends now but I do notice he talks to Sam more.I really think he likes her more & wants me to lay off. I want Sean to like me more even though Sam is my best friend and I want her to be happy. I'm so desperate that I do anything to get his attention or keep Sean from talking to Sam. But I know I can't stop them from talking all the time. Please,what should I do to get over this jealousy?

ahh jealousy is really hard to get rid of.. i dont think that if sean and sam like each other that you should try and be close to him because that'll cause more problems. soo if your friend really gets too into sean and she doesnt like.. want to hang out with you or be around you anymore that you should get more friends closer so you have friends to fall back on and try to make sure she knows that your her best friend and that you want to spend some time with her too. in the mean time try to find some other single guys you might like and get closer to them =)

I HATE being jealous its one of my worst habits ever.This is like me and my friend shes a big flirt.In my opinion,i wouldnt hang out with her as much because if shes basically the only person you hang out with you stay jealous and cant stop thinking about it.Try to hang out with person you dont hang out with too much and try too look for some hotties yourselves like at the mall or the movies.Or if you really like the guy and you want to get to know him better ask him out too the movies or the mall so you guys can talk one on one with each other,but if the guy doesnt want to go with you,you know its a sign for you too lay off for awhile.I know jealousy is a tough thing to overcome espceially over a guy ugh thats the worst it took me like a year to get over this one kid over jealousy.You know i went on goggle and found some sites on jealousy and how to overcome it,just type in the search "how to get over being jealous" i went on one when i was really jealous and it helped me out alot.Dont worry hun youll eventually get over it just be happy for your friend right now even though it bugs the heck outta you lol
