im really scared. i get my period regularly every month. exact time, exact day. i got it today a lot. you know when you start and it spots a bit?? no not at all. it was flowing really heavy & idk what it is. i have SOME cramps, barely anything. i'm scared because i don't know what it could be. you have to understand that my period is so regular. i'm 10 days early. any ideas??

CiNdYLoUwHoO answered Tuesday May 16 2006, 10:02 pm: You definately don't have anything to worry about. Periods aren't perfect, so they won't always come at the same exact time. Other girls can screw up your periods as well. If you've been spending a lot of time with someone, her hormones could be rubbing off on you. (I think its called phermones or something). For example, when people go to camp, usually their whole cabin will have their period at the same time, despite when there regular scheduale usually is. Therefore, you shouldn't worry.
