yeah. well. im 14 and i dont have a very large chest. for the past few days, its really been hurting, alot. and i also dont have my period yet, so i was wondering like ? idk. am i growing, am i gunna have my period?

please help.

You are still defenetly growing and you should be getting your period pretty soon. You're going to develop so don't worry about it much.
