hey jess,
so there's this guy and like at school he always stares at me. in class, the hallway, and at lunch. i had a crush on him awhile ago, but like someone told me he likes me now and not when i liked him. he's a cool guy and really sweet and is always nice to me. yeah, we joke around saying we hate each other, but we never mean it. do you think he likes me?

I'm pretty positive that he likes you =) To double check just ask his friends and see if he does. If you don't like him back though, just be nice and treat him as a friend so you don't hurt his feelings. If you do like him back though maybe you can go out :)
