Red cell

A vet told some people they horse had water around it heart and told them to give red cell for a month.
A was told not to do it. Can you give a answer?

Red cell is vitamin-iron-mineral supplements for horses. I see no reason why you shouldn't give it to the horse, since it's basically the same as a person taking vitamins and mineral supplements aside from their normal food.

As to whether or not it will help with the excess water around the horses heart, I'm not sure of that. If you are worried, then ask another veterinarian.
