well heres my story i loved this guy since forever i first knew him cause he was my bestfriends boyfriend then they brokeup then he hooked up with another one of my friends then finally he was single i didnt tell anyone how i felt even my bestfriend so one day she told me she had a major crush on him all of a sudden every one knew about her crush on him and were helping her hook up with him and i wasnt allowed to talk and get together with him any more i had to hide my love for him so i gave up hope it was over so i saw this really cute guy my friend hooked us up but all i could think about was the other boy i couldnt get him off my mind then i couldnt bare being with someone else so i broke up with him and i broke his heart too he truely loved me he called me everyday he sent me flowers bought me a gift on valentines day but all i could think about was this other guy couple of month later guess what he finally asked me out!!!after waiting and waiting finally it happened but people kept tellin me he wants you cause you are hot and he wants to kiss you and you were better off with the other guy i didnt beleive them then he tried to kiss me alot i didnt let him then we broke up i cried like hell people said he brokeup cause i didnt give him what he wanted so my friend impulsivly told the other guy i used to go out with that i wanted to hook up again wich was dumb cause after all that i still loved the other guy so i broke his heart again but then the one i loved asked me out again and apologized i was soo happy we hookedup then we broke up again cause of the same reason then i realized the guy i truely loved was the guy who i have been breaking his heart all along but the problem is now he is going out with another girl my friend asked him to choose between me and the other girl he picked the other girl saying he still loves me but he cant forget what i did to him then he called my friend and asked her if i told her to tell him that and if i love him or not but she had a class so she had to hang up do you think after all that he would agree what should i do to show i love him and regret what i did i really do and i want the other guy to learn a lesson that jerk i saw him yesterday 2 days afer the breakup he came to me with a ciggarette in his hands and said something u say to hookers like come to daddy or something like that imagine how insensetive 2 days after the breakup i gave him a dirty look and then he spanked me!!! i was shocked i slapped him on his face and went away what a jerk what should i do to get him to pay and regret breakingup with me and how can i get the other guy to know that i love him and that i was wrong

The guy that was the jerk...just forget about him. Don't even bother trying to make him pay because he isn't worth your time. Enough time has been spent on him.
The guy you like now...it will be tough, but maybe not impossible to get him back. Sounds like he still has some interest in you. He is just scared of being hurt again. I'm sure you can understand that.
You need to talk to him yourself. Don't have a friend do it for you. You need to tell him all about how you had a long time crush on Mr jerk. You need to let him know that you regret breaking up with him both times. You also need to make him realize that you know now it was the wrong thing to do.
With luck he will give you another chance to make it right.
