I'm almost 16...

Just wondering if a job is 16 years old and you will be 15 in a month will that be an exception?

your best bet is to wait a month or just look for jobs this month. if you've already found a possible job you can try to interview for it telling them upfront about your age situation.

Congrats on finding a stable workplace - a job that's been going for 16 years seems like a solid prospect, and if they're willing to hire 15 year olds, then you might be in for a decent position.
