I have a few questions regarding acne, blackheads, etc..
* Is there ANYTHING at all that get`s rid of facial acne ? ( i`m skeptical about proactiv.. )
* How do you get rid of blackheads ?
and..
* How do you get rid of acne on your back && shoulder`s ?

Well acne is different for every person, everyone has different skin types, as you probably know.
But one thing you can do for facial acne is first wash your face, to open your pores, then use clinique facial wash, or astrigent, something like that. But dont do it too often, every other day or so, because you dont want to dry out your skin. Also your skin is affected by what kind of foods you eat, so if you eat a lot of junk food, that would be why you have breakouts.
&How you can get rid of blackheads, use black head remover astrigent, it works much better than the sticky pad things you can put on your nose.
And.. finally a lot of people get acne on their back & shoulders because they dont wash the conditioner off their backs when they are washing their hair.
So a smart thing to do is take a rubber band or clip with you into the shower and after you wash your hair and rinse the soap out, pin your hair up, and wash your back, then it wont let the oils seep in. To get rid out it, use astrigent, or a clensing pad type thing.

If you have acne or spots of any kind, then the first thing to remember is that you should not pop them. While some people get some sort of strange satisfaction from popping their spots, overall it can do more harm than good.
The reason for this is that it can actually cause more spots, as the grease that you rub into your skin will cause more spots in that area, and you can even cause scarring to occur which can remain for a long time.
Before you apply any medication, try rubbing your face with ice for a few minutes before hand. This works because it cools the skin down and makes it more ready for the application of the treatment.
Also green tea works great for clear skin! It's also great for loosing weight, relaxing, and is a great antioxidant. It also has much less caffiene than normal tea so you don't have to worry about drinking too much and becoming jittery.
HOW TO REMOVE BLACKHEADS:
First remove the inner ink tube of a pen. Then press the transparent end over the top of the spot or blackhead and twist from left to right. Hey Presto the blackhead pops out. Now place a bag of frozen peas (or anything else cold) over the hole that has been left to make it close up.
This blackhead removal technique works wonders and should leave you blackhead free!
Note that you can also buy blackhead pens, so-called, from many beauty stores: these are specially made removal devices that work using this same method. They are worth buying to ensure your blackhead removal is safe and hygienic.
If none of those work to for you or you don't want to try them, put your face in a warm bowl of watter. This opens up your pores. After that wash your face with a cleansing blackhead scrub. Do this twice a day and it should decrease your blackheads, if not get rid of all of them!
