Weight and sex

I havent had sex for 5 years {I am a widow} My problem I now have a gentleman that I like but I am overweight. How do I overcome the fear of getting into bed with him and he seeing my naked body?

That is a toughie. I think I would have a bad time of it even if I weren't overweight.

If he is interested enough, then it must not be a problem for him. It may not hurt to let him know you are nervous and why. His saying it doesn't matter would be a help.

There is always no lights or maybe candles. If you can just get past that first time the fear will more than likely ease up or go away completley.

It is so hard after a lifetime to jump back into all the dating and sex isn't it? It will be fine. He is probably just as nervous as you are.:)
