Help me out, man.

So I have strep throat and I probably won't be going to school until sometime next week. My question to you is: Will you make me a pill that cures any type of disease known and unknown? You know, anything as little as a common cold to anything as big as Cancer. (I think strep throat is somehwere in that spread.)
