Let me tell you first off that this guy is a jerk. Unfortunately, a lot of hot guys are jerks. But hey, some aren't. You shouldn't be leading this guy on. I mean, he sounds kind of perverted, don't you think? Obviously, he only cares about your body, if he spends so much time checking it out and saying comments like that.Be careful. This is a relationship you don't want. I've been there, and it's not fun. If he tries to touch you, or says another comment to him, you need to set him straight.
Say, "I don't like it when you say those things. It makes you seem shallow." or say, "You really need to back up off me. I thought you were cool, but apparently you're only interested in my body, and that's not what I want, so get lost." Or if you want to be nice, just say, "I'm glad that you like my body, but you really need to give me some space."
No matter how hot he is, don't give in to him if he plays the "ohh I'm soooo sorry" card. This has trouble written all over it. Trust me, when I was in this situation, I ended up punching the guy for touching me.
You'll find the right guy someday. You'll find a guy who will be hot & respectful. You're only 13, and that is the age where boys hormones are shooting up like rockets. You just need to be patient. =)
