msn advertising

Hi, i was wondering if someone knows how to solve a problem I have. Everytime I try to write to someone on msn (7.5)I get a "Did you know that I get the best msn names, nicknames etc." and the problem is that it comes up loads of times and I cant stop it, I try to write to someone but it wont let me because the links come up. Im sorry if i didnt make much sense but please if you have the slightest idea of what is happening if you could write back to me. Many thanks. katy

hey, sometimes there is a phone number to the hotline of the company on soem websites. check to see if theres a number for msn. cait&hearts;
