Well this one really varies from guy to guy, so Im not too sure what you will get out of it. Anyway, heres my two cents:
Physical:
Most important is a pretty face. She can then have as many of the following as possible (though not having any wont neccessarily make her unattractive): Nice hair, nice... female characteristics (boobs, curves etc- I am not fond of the model type at all), a bit of shoulder width is ok too etc.
Personality:
First and foremost being nice (as in pleasant warm and friendly). I prefer a girl who is straightforward, doesnt work too much with hints, or plays silly games etc. Then the more she has of the following the better it will be: Sense of humour -the more compatible with mine the better :), intelligence, a manageable ego (as in she can admit if she was wrong, can take a discussion without getting defensive etc).
Really the personality characteristics are no different than what I would expect from a close friend come to think about it.
Its very tricky to make a list though because suddenly a guy might fall for a person that comes very short on his preferences. Last girl I fell for was a tiny, extremely skinny girl that really only had "nice" and "intelligent" from the list above.

I'll try answer this to the best of my ability. What do I look for in a girl. Physically, Im not to picky. I mean every person is created in their own unique way. Sure if a girl is fat from over eating, thats an obvious turn off. But I mean if it has to do with her metabolism then not provided shes active. I like girls with a pretty face. Im not a guy that right away undressesa girl with my eyes. Small breasts, big breasts, doesnt matter. I like beautiful eyes. not short hair. bottom line, natural beauty. Personality. I like girls with humour, shy but not to shy. communicative. Caring. Understanding. not judgmental. open minded. I hope I helped you a bit.

Well, guys are all different. Most guys, especially teenagers, are willing to overlook a dumb personality if the girl has large breasts or they find them especially physically attractive. I know, it's rediculous, but most guys are driven by hormones that are constantly telling them to BREED BREED BREED.
I like girls that aren't particularly petty or shallow. Girls that always fight with their friends and are full of drama don't interest me much. I like girls that have good senses of humor. I also care about the girl's taste in music. Music is my life, I like girls that share the same interests in music.
Anyway, I'm not sure if that helps a lot, but there you go.
