Teza answered Saturday April 22 2006, 10:54 pm: To tell you the truth, 20 minutes is nothing. Have you changed your diet? If you still keep eating fats, fried food and unhealthy food of course you're not going to lose any weight. If you eat more then 3200 calories a day and only exercise for 20 minutes a day, that's nothing at all. You're just burning about 200 calories. Eat about 1500 calories and walk or run for about an hour each day. It helps. Trust me. Drink a lot of water, get low fat salad dressing, eat fat free yogurt and basiclly replace all the bad food with healthy food. I'm not saying you shouldn't have any sweets of chips but have a little bit once a day. Make sure you eat breakfast and if you like soda, drink diet soda because it has 0 calories. You should be losing about 2-3 pounds a week and that's really good. If you stick to this, you will be losing more weight. You should also try doing crunches, jump rope and anything else. Just stay active & you will see results. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
