Orgasms, whatever stage of life, are mainly a state of mind. This means that it totally depends on how sexual you are as a person, how excited you feel at any given time, how you feel about the person you're having sex with, and how your body responds.

Vaginal dryness is common. A doctor would be able to recommend more medical solutions for this, such as special inserts for the vagina and hormone replacement therapy. They would also be able to answer specific questions about your individual body chemistry.

One easy, cheap solution is to buy a water-based lubricant at your local pharmacy or sex store. These tend to act like your natural body fluid. After a period of time they can start to become sticky, but a small spritz of water (or some more lubricant) will moisten things right back up.

Making sure your vagina is properly lubricated can be a key ingredient to making sex feel good to you - and therefore help you achieve orgasm.

Best of luck.
