work out songs

Question Posted Friday April 21 2006, 2:22 pm

Hey everybody! I love exercising but my Cd's are all get old. I'm going to make a CD that willbe motivating and up beat to listen to. What are some really great work out songs? I'm hopeingtoputat least12songsonto the CD. But I'm not really into R&B and Rap so those are the only two types of music that I wouldn't want on there. Thank you to anyone who replys!

I perosnlay find the Pendulum album Hold your colour the best work out CD. It has an up-beat drum-n-bass rythm, and allways pumps the adrealin through my body.

...

I'm showing my age here, but some songs from the Footloose album are very good for that.

Footloose
Holding Out For A Hero
I'm Free (Heaven Helps The Man)

Those are great energetic songs.

I could list more, but they'd all be 70's and 80's songs. ;-)
