Can someone explain to me the concept of "grinding"? I dont understand how you do it. And for a girl "getting low". How would you go about doing that? Everyone does it and I was just curious.

Its basically a guy and a girl dancing pretty close to each other with kinda there "privates" are kind of touching each other,its like having sex on the dance floor lol it gets guys and girls turned on.
From what ive heard a girl "getting low" means going on the guys penis,i dont know if thats right but thats what my friends and peopel here call it.
