cant watch video's

hi, when ever i try to watch a video, from a website , it doesn't work. i click the link, and a window comes up as usual, but it doesdnt play, on wwe.com it sayd ready, so i press play, and it connects, and says ready again. on another website, it says that theeres no media in the playlist. it happens everytime. what is wrong???

i would check your anti virus system, it may prevent it from uploading
