Preconception
Me and my fiance are trying to get pregnant..and I wasn't sure but Everytime we have sex and he cums in me when i stand up it comes out. I was wondering if that happens to everyone. I read on a website that you should lay still for like 30 minutes after you have sex if you're trying to get pregnant.. I dunno I'm just wondering whats the best way to get pregnant and best positions.. Thanks i will rate high!

You do need to lay there for at least 20-30 minutes afterwards if you're trying to get pregnant. Otherwise when you stand up (like you mentioned) gravity will make it come right out again. Not every woman needs to lay there, some women get pregnant without even trying!
Doggy style is a good position. Any positions where you are in a seated position aren't that great for conception (ie cowgirl, reverse cowgirl). Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions on the subject. :)
