i don't mean to be nosey at all (you don't have to answer the question if you don't want to) but how long did your sister use that method of weight loss? like i said, i know it isn't the best route...but if i only did it for a little while and then ate regularly would my body be able to reaadjust?

BrandonsGirl answered Tuesday April 18 2006, 2:15 am: At first she didnt over-do it and she would do it every other day and then it became more excessivly and did it every day..and then she would eat a bite of a NutriGrain bar and sometimes would eat nothing (this happened this year) and she still has trouble with it...your body would suffer if you do this on and off..so just think about like..excersise if you want to lose weight..i cant make you do anything you dont want to but..its safer..oh yeah and to answer your question she did it for 1 month then 3 months and then 6 months then got help..and by then she was 5'3 at 71LBS.
