Hey Yall, i really need some help getting organized..like i feel like my life is completely out of order..i need to lose weight..but i cant focus on that yet because my room is dirty..and i feel so very disorganzied because i feel like i cant focus on my school work..i feel like my weight and room come first...is there any way to fix this? A schedule would be a great thing..but i have problems sticking with them...and also i feel that my room should get cleaned first before i make a schedule! PLEASE HELP!!!!!. I've quickly learned that putting things off like that will only leave you feeling more unorganized. There's nothing like making a schedule to get me organized and I know it'll work for you too.

Losing weight takes time, you need to exercise and eat healthy, i cant give you a schedule because I'm not a professional at stuff like that. You can take a yoga or pilates class, pilates gives you more of a work out, but yoga is calming and a reliefs stress.
And since it feels like you neeed to clean your room first and that stuff, then set aside a day that you can do that, get it done and over with, because cleaning is simple. But school should come first, you can do two tings at once as well,
eat healthy, and focus on school.
