How do i get my allergic cat lover dad and my afraid of cat jumping on face mom to get me a cat?

Now that is a dilema.
Allergies can be pretty bad. Dad might be able to get a shot for that though. If he could that might help in getting him to go along with it. He loves cats already so hes probably not the biggest problem.
Now I don't know why mom would think the cat would get in her face. But, if you told her how you would take care of it, feed it and keep it out of her face it might help.
Sometimes, moms get stuck doing all the clean up after a cat. Litter boxes are horrible! So, maybe if you promised to clean up after it that would be a big plus too. If you promise though, be sure you do it.
